Our team drives Business Development and Sales Steering for BMW Group Financial Services, the BMW Group's captive finance provider. With around 8,500 colleagues in more than 60 countries, we coordinate marketing and product management activities across our global markets. As a working student, you support our international trainings and events initiatives from day one.

• You gain comprehensive insight into planning and conducting international trainings and workshops.
• In addition, you support the exploration of one of our focus topics within your own project, accompanied by mentorship and regular exchange.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, marketing, business psychology or a comparable field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Passion for organization and event management.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills and a structured, proactive work style.
• Curious mindset, can-do attitude and strong interest in new technologies, digitalization and AI.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
