Intern, Luxury Class Customer Experience - Spring 2026

This is a part-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 12, 2026 through May 15, 2026 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Support the luxury class sales team on several projects across the department, with focus on holistic BMW customer experience for luxury class customers
- Responsible and independently working on own projects incl. further develop content for MyBMW App for US luxury customers in collaboration with marketing team and agencies
- Identify further opportunities with a focus on ‘in-ownership’ customer experience and care through all touchpoints with the BMW brand
- Continued integration of Voice of the Customers analyses and customer support focus in coaching and training
- Continued focus on implementing the common understanding of luxury (beyond vehicle/product) and the luxury customer journey within
- Collaborate with BMW customer experience colleagues on analyzing customer experience in regard to service, call center and roadside assistance incl. further development of improvements
- Research and data analysis (i.e. KPI trends and evolution YOY, competitor analysis across various customer experience fields, etc.)
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior
- Field of study: Business
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience with Tableau and JIRA a plus
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
- Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)
- Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Presentational skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
