WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and expansion of an AI-powered chatbot.
- Support prompt engineering, data validation, SQL-based analysis, and process documentation.
- Maintain the chatbot experience, improve the quality and relevance of responses, and support the integration of additional data assets and learning capabilities into the AI tool.
- Identify new use cases, expand data coverage, and enhance the chatbot’s ability to answer business questions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Analytics, and other business departments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- US Work Authorization required.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
- Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
- Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
- Prior BMW Group experience.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Field of study: Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Strategy, Process Management, or related fields
- Business fluent English.
- Preferences:
- Knowledge in Corporate Strategy, Process Management, Sales, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation.
- Additional skills: prompt engineering, SQL, Microsoft Excel, data analysis, KPI reporting, forecasting, and strong computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of BMW systems, sales reporting processes, and internal data assets is a strong plus.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.
Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $29.90.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $36.80.
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
