Retail Training Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the planning and training organization for the retail partners (both F2F and online)
  • Assisting in training materials preparation - translation and verification of the training materials
  • Cooperation with trainers, supporting them in the training preparation
  • Monitoring attendance, collecting and analyzing participant feedback after training sessions
  • Maintaining training documentation, reporting results and training KPIs
  • Preparing presentations on the training projects
  • Supporting financial processes, including the internal purchasing process, monitoring costs and overseeing the invoice flow.
  • Learning management system administration and taking care of the training laptops
  • Assisting in the daily operations of the BMW Group Training Centre located in Jawczyce.
  • Support the HR projects and Employer Branding activities

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education or ongoing studies with availability for full-time work; preferred fields: management, economics, psychology.
  • Experience in administrative work or training organization
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong organizational and good communication skills.
  • Accuracy, analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work at least 3 days per week at the BMW Group Training Centre in Jawczyce (Poznańska 46, Jawczyce).
