Repair Process Coordinator (f/m/x)
The BMW Group Used Cars department is responsible for strategic and fully operational management of BMW & MINI Used Cars business across the country.
What awaits you?
- Ensuring the correct management of the processes of return, analysis, appraisal, capacity and repair & refurbishment of Young Used Cars, in order to guarantee the best efficiency in all phases of business development
- Steering the relationships and steering of the suppliers involved, in order to maximize the performance of the relevant KPIs
- Day-to-day collaboration with all Service Providers involved in the second-hand business and, in general, the development of relationships with all stakeholders, from internal departments to Retail Partners, in order to get the start-up activity off to the best possible start and bring it to full speed thereafter
What should you bring along?
- University degree in business, economy, technical or related fields
- Professional experience in the field of automotive sector and its peculiarities
- Constructive approach and willingness to listen
- Ability to establish long-term business relationships including management of external suppliers
- Ability to best structure a process, through analysis and relationship development
- Flexibility, team work, creativity and problem solving approach
- Excellent command of Polish and English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
- Openness to business trips, primarily whithin the country
