Corporate Sales Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Achieve ambitious sales targets within the corporate/fleet segment (focus on large enterprises and multinational corporations).
  • Lead high-level meetings and negotiations with strategic clients and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Prepare and implement tailored fleet offers, participate in tenders, and negotiate individual terms and conditions.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, service, and financial departments to create integrated solutions for clients.
  • Represent the BMW brand at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Fulfilling the role as a key account manager (customer acquisition and customer care) for corporate, direct and special sales customers, rental / leasing companies
  • Leading and developing small team of highly qualified professionals.

 

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B or fleet sales, preferably in the automotive sector (premium segment is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful cooperation with large companies and corporate clients.
  • Understanding and experience in close cooperation with corporate HQ and leadership role.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage complex sales processes and build client loyalty.
  • High level of business acumen, professionalism, and customer orientation.
  • Fluency in business English; additional languages are a plus.
