Contract Implementation Administrator CZ&SK

Your responsibilities:

  • Administration of Financial contracts for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets.
  • Customer care and contract management for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets.
  • Support and consult potential Customer during offering and application process.
  • Active contribution to the operational functioning and performance of the Operation Department dedicated to Czech and Slovak market.
  • Co-creation and development of processes of the Operation Department.

 
Our requirements:

  • Fluent/native in Czech and/or Slovak - speaking and writing.
  • Business experience in collection or customer service.
  • Problem Solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Strong customer and process orientation.
  • Fluent in English - both verbal and and written.
