Contract Implementation Administrator CZ&SK
Your responsibilities:
- Administration of Financial contracts for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets.
- Customer care and contract management for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets.
- Support and consult potential Customer during offering and application process.
- Active contribution to the operational functioning and performance of the Operation Department dedicated to Czech and Slovak market.
- Co-creation and development of processes of the Operation Department.
Our requirements:
- Fluent/native in Czech and/or Slovak - speaking and writing.
- Business experience in collection or customer service.
- Problem Solving and continuous improvement skills.
- Strong customer and process orientation.
- Fluent in English - both verbal and and written.
