Aftersales Intern (parts logistics)

Your responsibilities

• Debit and Credit notes processing;
• Monitoring of parts returns process;
• Monitoring of invoices process;
• Monitoring crucial Dealer Stock Structures KPIs;
• Prepare relevant KPIs;
• Reccuring reports creation.

Our requirements:

• Student status min. in one year perspective;
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week (with possibility to fit to your studies);
• Good analytical, organizational and planning skills;
• Detail-oriented personality;
• Good skills using MS Office (Excel in particular);
• Fluency in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2);
