Aftersales Intern (f/m/x)
Parts sales and Logistics Department plays a core role in BMW Customer Support process. Our main goal is to provide efficient and sustainable parts delivery process to entire polish dealer network.
What awaits you?
- Monitoring of sales and purchase orders in SAP.
- Debit and Credit notes processing.
- Organizing and monitoring of logistics claim process.
- Organizing and monitoring of parts returns process.
- Monitoring of invoices process.
What should you bring along?
- availability to work for 30-40 hours per week (with possibility to fit to studies);
- good analytical, organizational and planning skills;
- good skills using MS Office (Excel in particular);
- fluent in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2).
