Job Description: 

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

  • Ensure RDC maintains a safe work environment and complies with all BMWNA and regulatory requirements
  • Safeguard BMW assets, inventory, and personnel through established operational processes
  • Lead quality management initiatives, including strategy development to improve compliance and inventory integrity
  • Oversee training programs, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate on packaging development and represent RDC in BMW quality committees
  • Manage budget responsibilities and set performance, cost, and KPI targets for Warehouse Supervisors
  • Lead, coach, and support supervisors in performance management, staffing, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or business equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of Logistics/Distribution, process quality, and deviation management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct management/supervision experience.

 

Preferences:

  • OEM distribution experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience managing in a unionized environment.

Relocation is available for this position. This role requires full time attendance onsite. 

 

The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.

 

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
