Purchased Parts - Quality Management Intern (Fall 2025)

Description:

  • Support morning daily KPI prep and reporting for responsible parts commodity.
  • Problem solving and containment actions for deemed supplier related topics.
  • Support monitoring containment for identified supplier related defects.
  • System development and enhancement of dashboards and system improvement to increase data transparency and reporting efficiency.

 

The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

  • Support morning daily KPI prep and reporting for responsible parts commodity.
  • Problem solving and containment actions for deemed supplier related topics.
  • Support monitoring containment for identified supplier related defects.
  • System development and enhancement of dashboards and system improvement to increase data transparency and reporting efficiency.
  • Design and implement an enhanced defect tracking and reporting system to improve visibility, analysis, and resolution of supplier related defects within the assigned commodity.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

  • ME, IE, or CS Preferred – Programing and Data base Knowledge is desired.
  • Supply Chain management, Business Management also accepted.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE August 11th – December 12th, 2025.
