About the Team
The Sales Planning and Operations, Sales Steering BMW Team is responsible for planning and steering new cars sales and production volumes across all regions and channels for accurate volume reporting to HQ using central tools. It manages ordering, invoicing, logistics steering, and stock management, including stock level monitoring and NSC-based dealer allocations. Our team also performs market analysis, provides field-force support, and develops sales promotions and allowances in coordination with cross-functional teams.

 

What awaits you?
[Wholesale Admin]

  • Perform Wholesale Admin operations via internal system (My DMS & SAP) upon dealer request, and communicate with seven dealers to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Monitor Net price / package price / dealer margin / BSI on internal system (My DMS & SAP) to support operational excellence.
  • Send billing invoices on a daily basis and cooperate with IT and Accounting team when interface issues occur.
  • Prepare daily wholesale reports and sales billing reports and share them with the Accounting team.
  • Prepare and review registration documents for KR assets (Company cars, DC, Employee Lease, Employee Sales, etc.), including demo subsidy documentation.

[Business Insight & Analytics Admin]

  • Monitor various data sources for Transaction Price (TP) and prepare monthly TP reports for major brands (BMW, MB, Audi).
  • Research financial promotions of domestic and import brands and summarize findings in regular market reports.
  • Support the preparation of Market Update materials for KR Visit, Target Agreement, President Meeting, Validation Meeting, and Budget Meeting.
  • Monitor domestic and global automotive markets and contribute to identifying relevant business insights.
  • Provide on-demand market analysis to support business planning and performance reporting needs.
  • Support research related to new model launches for BMW and competitor brands.
  • Support deep-dive research on transformative automotive trends, including autonomous driving and RoF (Retail of the Future), and review data such as registration dates and personal information masking in internal systems (My DMS).

 

What should you bring along?

  • Strong interest in Wholesale Admin, sales operations, or market and business analysis within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing, market, and performance data.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with dealers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
