About the Team
The IT team is collaborating with BMW Korea with a vision of “Digital Leadership for Sustainable Growth”. We also focus on ‘Business enablement’, ‘Operational Excellence’ and ‘Digital Transformer’ as main business KPIs with 5 structured area like BMW Korea business / Dealer business / Customer experience / Infrastructure / Data analytics.

What awaits you?

• Support IT system testing, validation activities, and basic infrastructure support to ensure stable system operations.
• Assist project using Confluence/Jira, including task coordination and progress support.
• Prepare and maintain technical and administrative documentation in both Korean and English.
• Provide administrative support for IT operations, including testing, Validation, and general operational tasks.

What should you bring along?

• Academic background or major related to IT, computer science, or a similar field.
• General understanding of IT-related knowledge and technologies, with exposure to AWS cloud or AI-related topics considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS office tools for documentaion and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English in a business environment.
• A proactive attitude with an open and collaborative mindset.
• Native in Korean.
