About the Team
The Customer Support Business Development team delivers end-to-end aftersales solutions such as Warranty & BSI, campaigns, and Car Accessories to strengthen customer retention within the BMW ecosystem, while continuously enhancing the service experience through digitalization.

 

What awaits you?

  • Assist multiple business streams (Digital KPIs, Campaign reports, ServiceCare+ closing and market research, etc.).
  • Support to produce stakeholder-ready report finalization (NPS, Dealer Bonus, Campaign result, funnel report, etc.).
  • Handling of ad-hoc operations (campaign support, event coordination, cross-team communication with case-by-case variations).
  • Execution of physical tasks (office warehouse organization, material handling, promotional kit handling, etc.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong interest in aftersales business, and the automotive industry.
  • Ability to support data analysis and reporting (KPIs, campaign results, NPS, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling ad-hoc tasks.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset, comfortable with both analytical and hands-on operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Native-level Korean skills and fluent business-level English communication skills.
