What awaits you?

• Support the development of document OCR and RAG-based search systems
  문서 OCR 및 RAG 기반 검색 시스템 구축 프로젝트를 지원합니다.
• Participate in AI model testing, data preprocessing, performance evaluation and support deployment and operation in an AWS cloud environment.
  AI 모델 테스트, 데이터 전처리, 성능 평가 등 프로젝트 전반을 경험하며, AWS 클라우드 환경에서 프로젝트 배포 및 운영을 지원합니다.
• Design and implement workflows to automate repetitive tasks using no-code/low-code tools such as n8n.
  n8n 등 노코드/로우코드 자동화 도구를 활용하여 반복 업무를 자동화하는 워크 플로우를 설계하고 구현합니다.
• Organize project progress and issues using collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira and create and maintain technical documentation.
  Confluence, Jira 등 협업 도구를 활용하여 프로젝트 진행 현황 및 이슈 사항을 체크하고, 이에 따른 기술 문서를 작성하고 최신 상태로 유지합니다.
• Support data-driven insight generation through performing data extraction, cleansing, and basic analysis based on business requests. Propose and improve automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  현업 부서 요청에 따라 데이터 기반 인사이트 도출을 지원하기 위한 데이터 추출, 정제, 간단한 분석 작업 등을 수행합니다.
• Collaborate with the team to support team-related activities and manage version control and code collaboration using GitHub.
  팀원들과 협업하며 팀 운영 관련 활동을 지원하고, GitHub를 활용한 버전 관리 및 코드 협업을 수행합니다. 

What should you bring along?

• IT-related major (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience)
  IT 관련 전공 (컴퓨터 공학, 소프트웨어, 데이터 사이언스 등) 또는 이에 준하는 실무 역량을 보유하신 분
• Experience with Python development (e.g., scripting, library usage)
  Python 개발 경험 (스크립트 작성, 라이브러리 활용 등) 을 보유하신 분
• A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  긍정적이고 적극적인 자세로 문제를 해결하려는 태도, 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 협업 마인드를 보유하신 분
• Basic English communication skills
  기본적인 영어 의사소통 능력을 갖추신 분
