What awaits you? 


•    Steer the external service provider, manpower, uniform, planning, patrols, reports, etc.
•    Monthly invoicing of outsourced security and mail services
•    Ensure that all security staff are appropriately trained and certified before they work on site
•    Write, implement and maintain all security processes and procedures, measuring the performance of each making corrective actions, bringing improvements
•    Monitor and report all incidents which may impact on plant security internally
•    Follow all internal investigations with the aim of using this data to build a picture of risks and trends, with which to develop risk reduction strategies.

 

You should have:

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in  business administration, security management, risk management, criminology, or security studies.
•    Prior work engagement in police or military prior to work experience in industry.
•    5+ years of experience in roles related to managing security for industrial sites
•    Passion for BMW vehicles.
•    Fluent business English.
