Quality Process Coordinator for Body Shop

What awaits you?

• As a Quality Specialist Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring BiW quality through various processes such as spot welding, projection welding, sealing, flow drilling, hemming, in the TK-M-331 department.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues, using quality tools.
• Maintain fluid communication with the team and related technologies to achieve expected results
• Verify effectiveness of all implemented measures (rework, countermeasures, etc.)
•  Attend audits and follow up/steer quality issues, seeking solutions.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a relevant technical field.
• 5 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of EFQM, PMP, BMW GS, QMS, QUISS II, FMS, SPC, PQM, TEREG, IPS-Q, PPZ, VPS, PDCA, Core Tools and BiW Quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in business English.
