What awaits you?

You will be the expert responsible for ensuring quality requirements throughout the manufacturing processes, leading problem-solving efforts, and applying research techniques (Q-methods) for failure analysis and documentation.

  • Organize the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Coordinate and validate the analysis of production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance quality.
  • Prepare quality reports for management, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools within your area of responsibility.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters across departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge and expertise in BMW’s battery technology.

What should you bring along?

We are seeking an experienced professional with deep knowledge of quality methods, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
    • Certifications or knowledge in quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Six Sigma, Risk Management, ISO 9001, etc.).
    • 2+ years experience in manufacturing problem-solving and analytics.
    • At least 2 years of work experience in the automotive industry.
    • Professional background in Manufacturing or Quality, with a solid understanding of manufacturing technologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance quality outcomes.
    • Proven competence in leading multidisciplinary teams.
    • Business fluent in English.
