What awaits you?

As a Process Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind productivity, quality, and human development within your area. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple shifts, ensuring that excellence is delivered in every unit produced.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop your production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Ensure the highest standards of safety and tidiness in your area.
  • Identify training needs, organize qualification courses, and ensure all new employees are successfully onboarded and technically proficient.
  • Take full ownership of shift output, product quality, and cost management.
  • Lead root cause analysis for system failures, quality deviations, or quantity losses. You are responsible for the first failure control loop and the initiation of preventive measures.
  • Actively participate in the planning and optimization of new production facilities and technical modifications.
  • Lead special activities, including extraordinary weekend shifts, planned shutdowns, and major repair activities.
  • Participate in and lead maintenance, quality, environmental, and system audits to ensure BMW Group standards.

What should you bring along?

We are seeking a leader with a solid technical background and proven people management skills in demanding industrial environments.

  • Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. 
  • Several years of experience in industrial production or similar roles within the automotive industry, particularly in highly automated areas such as Paint Shop, Press Shop, Body in White, Energy Module production, or comparable settings.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Previous leadership experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and apply problem-solving techniques to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Business fluent English
