What awaits you?

• Ensure the material performance on the paint application.
• Responsible to improve the process to comply with the color match.
• Process optimization support and process optimization by material.
• Monitor process comply with process specification.
• Provide coaching on process optimization to paint shop personnel.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacture, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in production.
• Knowledge in paint production system, material, production, color theory (Paint).
• Fluent business English.
