What awaits you?
Your mission is to lead and manage the Electrical & Electronic domain, guaranteeing the compliant and optimal functioning of all systems, precise calibration management, and the technical development of your team.
- Lead and steer the daily operation of E/E systems, ensuring uninterrupted functionality and strict adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Assume full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of all calibration activities, ensuring the highest level of precision and timeliness for E/E instruments and equipment.
- Ensure the accurate collection and detailed documentation of test data (maintaining traceability and quality control). Prepare and deliver high-impact reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
- Oversee all E/E equipment maintenance tasks, including routine cleaning, calibration, troubleshooting, and minor repairs, to ensure peak performance and availability.
- Drive team development by mentoring members on E/E measurement, calibration, and system operations, ensuring continuous knowledge growth and technical excellence.
What should you bring along?
We are seeking an expert with significant industrial experience, specialized knowledge in measurement equipment, and proven leadership ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field is required/preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience in the automotive or other manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in Electrical & Electronic operations.
- Expert knowledge of measurement equipment and calibration methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are highly valued.
- Proven ability to lead functional teams and manage complex daily operations.
- Strong ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Business English.
