What awaits you?

Your mission is to ensure the smooth operation of Electrical & Electronic systems, specialize in complex failure analysis (hardware and software), and represent the critical sensor function within quality circles.

  • Conduct deep-dive failure analysis on complex Electrical & Electronic (E/E) systems, encompassing both hardware and software, including the critical High Voltage (HV) system.
  • Coordinate and lead the daily operation and management of E/E systems, ensuring seamless and compliant functionality in strict adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards.
  • Oversee and direct maintenance activities for E/E equipment (including cleaning, calibration, and advanced troubleshooting). Provide expert support to calibration activities for measurement instruments, ensuring exceptional standards of execution and precision
  • Validate and ensure the accurate collection, recording, and detailed documentation of test data, maintaining unwavering traceability and quality control to effectively support critical decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the authoritative representative for the sensor/system role as defined by the Project Management Plan in relevant meetings and forums. Prepare and deliver comprehensive, detailed reports for internal management and external stakeholders.

What should you bring along?

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert with strong analytical skills, experience in high voltage systems, and demonstrated leadership capacity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field is required/preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience in the automotive or other manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in Electrical & Electronic operations.
  • Expert knowledge of measurement equipment.
  • Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are essential.
  • Strong Leadership skills and proven ability to lead functional teams. Must be able to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Business English.
