Assistant Specialist, Accounting Direct Sales

We are shaping the sales processes of the future and are responsible for optimizing our international financial processes. We are building the future line organization for the financial handling of BMW Group’s new vehicle business. Our organization collaborates across Europe with all European sales companies.

Assistant Specialist, Accounting Direct Sales (f/m/x).

What awaits you?

• You assist with account reconciliations and check the daily posting material for correct allocation and valuation.
• You contribute ideas to optimize the accounting processes of our new direct business.
• You will learn the transactional scopes of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• In doing so, you will be in regular contact with our international process partners at the respective national subsidiaries.
• You are part of a dynamic team and support the further development of the Accounting Hub in Salzburg.

What should you bring along?

• First professional experience in operational accounting; knowledge of group reporting under IFRS is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial applications (ideally in SAP FI) as well as MS Office.
• A-level (HAK-Matura), a degree with a focus on finance, or comparable qualifications.
• IT affinity, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English skills and willingness to learn German. Fluent German skills represents a plus.

We would welcome you as soon as possible for an unlimited-term position and offer an attractive salary and benefits package. The minimum salary for this position is €3,300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification and professional experience, i.e., the exact amount will be determined in a personal interview. If you are suitably qualified, a significant overpayment is possible.
