Job Description: 

 

The Quality Engineering team drives product and process excellence by identifying quality deviations, leading problem-solving initiatives, and implementing sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations. Working closely with internal production and global quality networks, the team ensures consistent adherence to standards and delivers continuous improvement in product quality performance.

 

What awaits you?

  • Steers body quality to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Determine and allocate quality problems to problem owners and departments.
  • Is responsible and accountable for the quality related MPMs – the development and implementation.
  • Ensures problem solving conformance to specified MPM.
  • Manages the problem-solving process to effective conclusion.
  • Ensures traceable documentation of quality problems and their corrective actions.
  • Promotes adherence to agreed processes that affects Painted body quality.


What should you bring along?

  • University Engineering degree/ National diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering.
  • 5 years minimum engineering experience in production/quality/press part evaluation, planning and realization of technical facilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing/assembly of sheet metal environment.
  • Analytical ability.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • PC skills and Microsoft software.
  • Planning and coordinating skills.
