About the Position.
The Programs and Product Intern is responsible for assisting the Programs Manager by providing accurate and relevant information, analysis, and modeling. Regular performance monitoring, reporting effectiveness of programs if required. Providing support to sales team with regular alignment on performance and new program impulses.
Key Responsibilities.
- Provide analysis on effectiveness of monthly programs and ensure a smooth implementation including costing for program impulses
- Support month-end activities such as program preparations and reconciliations
- Monitor the effectiveness of programs and incentive schemes
- Collaborate with Controlling Team to ensure program costs are fully aligned and reconciled
- Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses and support services related to programs
- Conduct Market research for programs, in market offers, in market technologies etc (competition benchmarking)
- Complete monthly reporting to various internal stakeholders
- Explore and propose innovative approaches to automate processes
- Support adhoc Insurance business activities
- Support the Senior Specialist with program preparation related tasks
Qualifications.
- Bachelors Degree in Business.
- Understanding of the financial and risk impacts of sales programs and pricing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Working Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
- Excellent analytical, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and strong attention to detail
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an asset
