Your role will focus on supporting MINI dealers in strentghening their 'Local hero' position and increasing their business performance in order to achieve MINI marketing and sales targets. 

What awaits you?

• Supporting preparation and execution of MINI dealer activities and events.
• Communication with dealers and offering day-to-day support in marketing.
• Ensuring proper brand visibility in the dealer network, in line with brand CI
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring POS communication at dealerships
• Coordination of dealers’ online, social media activities and websites
• Monitoring of budgets, spending, and other KPIs, based on quarterly and annual targets  

What should you bring along?

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail/dealer marketing or an event agency
• Experience in marketing campaigns, budget planning, and event organization
• Project management skills and experience in reporting marketing KPIs
• Experience in digital and social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Polish, university degree preferably in Marketing, and a Category B driving license
