Sr. Operator, Maintenance Admin

The Senior Operator Maintenance Admin is responsible for supporting the maintenance department through efficient administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures smooth coordination of purchasing, inventory control, budget updates, and task follow-ups in alignment with departmental goals.

What awaits you?

  • Prepare and issue purchasing documents such as Quotations, Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Financial Confirmations (FC), and actively follow up with relevant stakeholders including Controllers and Suppliers to ensure timely processing.
  • Monitor and control the inventory of machine spare parts and consumable materials to maintain optimal stock levels and support maintenance operations.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining accurate budget data for the maintenance department to ensure financial tracking and planning.
  • Execute and follow up on assigned tasks from the Line Manager, ensuring timely completion and communication of progress.

What should you bring along?

  • Diploma, Higher Vocational Certificate, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience in administration or maintenance-related roles.
  • Experience in controlling maintenance spare parts inventory is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for business operations.
  • Positive mindset, open to learning, and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Strong commitment to meeting targets and adhering to schedules.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a shift-based operation environment.

Type of employmnet: BMW limited contract.
