Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Production Maintenance Graduate – 2 Year Graduate Programme (September 2027)

 

 

Our maintenance team are responsible for the maintenance of production equipment across a variety of departments, ranging from Final Assembly to Wood Shop and Bespoke. As a part of the team, you will work alongside our maintenance team to improve machine durability, performance, and longevity. Using data analytics and AI you will be at the forefront of ensuring we are achieving the highest possible level of Overall Equipment Efficiency.  You will lead internal projects exploring Maintenance Strategy improvements, and deliver these improvements in collaboration with the wider team.

Working in a technical team using the latest technology and industry standards to support the delivery of a world class maintenance strategy. To enable this you will be part of the following:

  • Cross-departmental Project style work.
  • Research into digitalization and future technologies.
  • IT / Robotics / Mechanical / Electrical diagnostic work and problem solving.
  • Contractor management.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Data analysis.

 

What should you bring along?

 

  • Studying a bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering or relevant course.
  • Extensive PC skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, SharePoint, Power BI etc).
  • Structured problem solving.
  • Time management skills.
  • Effective Communication skills.
