What awaits you?

• You will support the UI/UX design and further development of web and mobile applications for innovation and AI use cases.
• Furthermore, you help design intuitive end-to-end user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• In addition, you create high-quality user interfaces and reusable components in Figma, aligned with our brand and design standards.
• Moreover, you contribute to designing conversational AI experiences, including chat-based and voice-based interactions.
• You will support user research and usability testing, analyze feedback, and translate insights into concrete design improvements and furthermore, you work closely with product owners, software developers, and AI experts to turn user requirements into functional application features.
• In addition, you support the implementation and testing of new features and help ensure a consistent, responsive, and accessible user experience.
• Moreover, you help communicate complex technical and innovation topics through clear interfaces, visual concepts, and compelling product presentations.
  

What should you bring along?

• Studies in UI/UX design, interaction design, communication design, human-computer interaction, computer science, media informatics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in designing digital interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma and a good understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction patterns, and responsive design.
• Initial experience with user research, usability testing, or translating user feedback into design improvements.
• Basic knowledge of web or app development, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or comparable technologies, is an advantage and first experiences with AI augmented coding teams.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A strong interest in digital products, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and automotive innovation as well as excellent visual and written communication skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English and German.
