What awaits you?

• You will support the Lead of Crowd Innovation and the Open Innovation Team in managing the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform.
• Furthermore, you help optimize the platform by identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.
• In addition, you assist BMW departments worldwide in conceptualizing and implementing structured calls for ideas.
• Moreover, you engage with the BMW Crowd as a moderator and ideation manager on the platform.
• You also contribute to setting standards for ideation processes, crowd communication, and platform content.
• Additionally, you support workstreams including communication activities, early validation in the BMW Incubator, and project piloting in Business Building.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Marketing, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the Build-Measure-Learn approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interest in automotive research and development, especially in Open Innovation, Lean Startup, and Crowdsourcing.
• First experience in Open Innovation, Crowd Innovation, Lean Startup methodology, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German.
