BMW MEXICO - MOTORRAD

As Planning & Steering Specialist, you will play a crucial part in leading the development and implementation of reporting structures, KPI frameworks, and digital performance monitoring systems across Latin America. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial steering transparency and optimize the Cost of Retail (CoR) across 15 countries. As part of our commitment to excellence, you will stay updated on regional performance deviations to propose data-driven corrective measures, participate in strategic automation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, and assist in driving digital transformation initiatives, dashboard development and process standardization to enhance the region's decision-making capabilities. 

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Analyses the operating results, forecasts and industry results as brand function (BMW Motorrad).

• Identifies appropriate actions to ensure the target achievement in the market as brand function (BMW Motorrad).

• Monitor Cost of Retail performance, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools for performance transparency.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, and automation.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG? 

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or related.

• 3 to 5 years in the automotive industry, experience in leading people and working in teams. International experience.

• Strong analytical and financial acumen (Cost of Retail, KPI steering).
• Experience in Power BI, dashboard development, and process automation. 
• Strategic and operational competence with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
