The Senior Specialist Customer Care plays a critical role in supporting the Vehicle Management and Remarketing operations by combining analytical decision-making, operational coordination, and customer-focused service excellence. In this role, the specialist is responsible for overseeing the remarketing lifecycle of recovered, end-of-lease, and returned vehicles, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate pricing strategies, and profitable sales execution through dealers and external auctions.
WHAT AWAITS YOU?
- Coordinate the price setting for car models in stock (recovered, and EOL through internal and external auctions, as the price setting of reail leasing units).
- Validate and update the inventory of the units available in the remarketing stock.
- Request the collection area records of the units that were recovered by payment in kind and legal recovery.
- Responsible for aligning the operational processes with Vehicle Management and Remarketing guideline, Risk guideline and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for the achievement of Vehicle Management and Remarketing targets.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Vendor Management experience is preferable.
