Retail Tracker & Reporting Scholar

Responsibilities.

• Assess data and reporting requirements to support business operations.
• Identify relevant data sources and establish processes for data collection.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data from various systems.
• Maintain data integrity through validation and quality control measures.
• Track and analyze sales, inventory, and other key performance metrics.
• Generate and distribute routine reports to stakeholders.
• Consolidate inventory data from multiple channels and vendors.
• Interpret and present inventory insights to inform decision-making.

Desired skills and Experience:

• Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
• Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
• Availability from August to December 2025, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
