Information Technology Trainee.

As an Information Technology Trainee, you will be assigned to requirements and support for invoice, customer portal and assist in maintenance and support of IT systems and applications. This role is in continuous communication for new definitions and nowadays processes with Business areas (New business, Finance, Insurance), Compliance and Salesforce IT area.

Responsibilities.

• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems
• Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects.
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science, Computing Engineer, Data Transformation, or related.
• 1 to 3 years working with agile methodologies.
• 1 to 3 years developing back/front end.
• Customer service skills (active listening, problem-solving, and ethics).
• Fluent in English language.
