Human Resources Scholar

As Human Resources Scholar you will provide essential support in various HR processes such as compensation and benefits, assist with the administrative process of establishing new supplier contracts, and prepare executive presentations for management review. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating the HR Portal—our internal platform for sharing important HR information with all employees—and managing requisitions for various suppliers within your assigned area.
What awaits you?
- Provide support in various HR processes such as compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the administrative process for establishing new supplier contracts.
- Prepare executive presentations for management review.
- Update the HR Portal, the intranet platform dedicated to publishing relevant Human Resources information for all employees.
- Manage requisitions for various suppliers within the assigned area.
What should you bring along?
- Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
- Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
- Availability from January to December 2026, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
