Responsibilities.

  • Support the activation of BSI/UCSI packages in SAP and CRM.
  • Coordinate the update of vehicle linkage data and customer cases using BMW/MINI App.
  • Prepare weekly reports for Teleservices and CCR linkage.
  • Support the monthly invoicing process for BSI/UCSI packages.
  • Monitor and report KPIs for PSv, WVR, CCR-Service, and Retail.
  • Prepare and upload monthly data to AG for manual markets.
  • Coordinate the assignment of reward points based on dealer performance.
  • Assist the ConnectedDrive team with testing and special customer cases.
  • Support data maintenance and report automation in Power BI.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regional providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective support.

 

Desired skills and Experience:

  • Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
  • Availability from August to December 2025, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
