BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TRAINEE

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES

As a Business Intelligence Trainee you will support the Regional Business Intelligence team in developing analytical solutions, reporting capabilities and AI-driven initiatives that accelerate business transformation across the Company. You will work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Operations and IT to translate business needs into actionable insights, support digital transformation projects, and contribute to innovative solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

Support the development and implementation of business intelligence, analytics, and AI-based initiatives.
Analyze business and market trends to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist in data collection, validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using analytical and reporting tools.
Support the definition of business requirements, KPIs, and success metrics for data-driven projects.
Participate in model testing, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring new technologies, automation opportunities, and AI use cases.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related.
Up to 2 years of experience through internships, university projects, research work, or professional roles related to analytics, AI or digital transformation.
Knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis and analytical projects.
Experience with SQL, databases and data processing techniques.
Understanding of Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Fluent Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
