IT Analyst (f/m/x)
What awaits you?
- Lead and coordinate local IT projects.
- Analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Coordinate implementation of new functionalities with internal teams and external providers.
- Creation and oversight of user experience (UX) designs for the new functionalities, ensuring they are intuitive and aligned with business needs.
- Support testing and stabilization phases ensuring quality before and after go live.
- Identify risks and propose technical improvements.
- Contribute to the digitalization and modernization of applications.
What should you bring along?
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Science or related fields.
- +3 years of experience in IT analysis, IT projects or system integration.
- Experience working in complex, international environments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- High level of English and bilingual or native of Spanish.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, UX or database management is a plus.
- Enjoy working on multiple projects at once.
- Have a proactive, analytical mindset.
- Can work independently and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
- Are comfortable collaborating in multicultural teams.
