BMW Group UK is looking for 2 x Service Consultants.
This role is based at Park Royal, London.
In this role you will provide a service which exceeds the customer’s expectations, take ownership of each customer’s vehicle whilst it is at the dealership, and consistently achieve agreed levels of quality, efficiency, and profitability.
What awaits you?
- Greet customers, understand service and repair requirements, and manage Repair Orders with clear communication on pricing, timelines, and payment methods.
- Deliver a courteous, efficient, and premium customer experience while promoting BMW accessories and lifestyle products.
- Take full responsibility for customer vehicles, keys, and coordination of workshop parking.
- Monitor workshop progress to ensure delivery deadlines are met, proactively updating customers and gaining approval for additional work.
- Personally hand over completed vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and advising on future service or repair needs.
- Clearly explain invoices, including all charges, warranty, or goodwill procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely costing and invoicing of all work to effectively control work in progress.
- Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups, progress updates, and re-engagement, while maintaining product knowledge and supporting workshop operations where required.
What should you bring along?
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous customer handling experience.
- Motor industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to empathise and build lasting relationships.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Note: This role requires on-site presence at Park Royal and a strong commitment to customer care, service, and continuous improvement.
Working Pattern:
- 45 hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 7pm, with flexibility to meet the demands of the Aftersales Centre.
- Weekend working – you will be required to work on a Saturday, 8am – 4pm as per rota and paid as overtime.
- 25 Days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
