Retail Development and Enablement - 2 Year Graduate Programme

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Retail Development and Enablement Graduate Programme – 24 Months (September 2026)

We have the opportunity for a highly driven and eager to learn individual to join our Retail Development and Enablement team for a 24-month Graduate Programme. As a member of the Retail Development and Enablement team you will play a pivotal role in supporting RRMC in being a true ‘luxury house’ with the highest quality dealer network in the world.

The Retail Development and Enablement team is responsible for the areas of: Sales Channel Development, making sure we are represented by the right partners in the right locations to the very best standards with a clear legal framework of roles and responsibilities; Visual Identity, creating luxury state of the art showrooms delivering bespoke experiences in which our clients feel inspired; Brand and Technical Training, supporting our dealer partners in truly living and breathing our pinnacle brand, how to optimise their enchanting retail spaces to deliver on clients luxury retail expectations as well as ensure the needed technical know-how to service and maintain our beautiful cars.

In addition to your time in your home department of Retail Development and Enablement, you will also experience two three-month placements in other areas of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to learn about other areas of the business thereby developing a broad overview of the company.

What will you be doing?

  • Market Strategy - Assessment of viability of markets for a new dealer presence conducting full analysis and evaluation 
  • Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Retail Standards - To monitor and steer the dealer partners adherence to the Standards including showroom Visual Identity, client experiences and operational processes 
  • Visual Identity Implementation - Collaborate closely with regional colleagues based across the globe to ensure the implementation of the new visual identity in all dealer showrooms in line with target dates. Support with Visual Identity design plans steering and project sign-off 
  • Support with visual merchandising guidelines and delivery by dealer partners. Ensure processes are in place for optimum efficiency 
  • Coordination of face-to-face training and live global broadcasts within the Rolls-Royce Training Academy and across all Regions 
  • Tracking and reporting of dealer training completion 
  • Based on the candidate's skills set, candidate will be involved in special projects

Qualifications and experience.

  • Be on course to or have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s degree - preferably in a Business or Marketing field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • A customer-oriented mindset
  • Passion for delivering an exemplary client experience beneficial
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Extremely diligent work ethic
  • Good financial understanding
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Very good organisational skills
