Provenance & Financial Services Strategy Manager
Royce Motor Cars Ltd is looking for a Provenance and Financial Services Strategy Manager.

A Provenance Pre-Owned Rolls-Royce is a very attractive proposition for both seasoned collectors and newcomers to the brand alike. It is therefore critical to maximise this opportunity, not only in terms of the Pre-Owned profit opportunity for dealers, but likewise as a future source of new car sales and robust data to drive our Financial Services strategy and product offers globally.

This role is based at the Goodwood Campus.
What awaits you?
Global Responsibility for the Provenance Pre-Owned program;
- Management and steering of the global operations for the Provenance pre-owned program including target setting, reporting and performance management via key KPI’s
- Drive global demand and focus on Provenance though a network of cross-functional champions via marketing, training or other business initiatives as appropriate
- Lead the future strategy for the Provenance pre-owned program to drive growth, ensure competitiveness and secure resources required for a first-class execution.
- In close collaboration with data science team define meaningful strategies to convert provenance clients into new car owners.
- Establish a strong link between Provenance operations, Financial Services and Residual Values.
Lead global strategy and relationship with financial organisations to establish direct connections between the organisations.
- Work cross-functionally to develop a global Financial Services approach for both new and pre-owned cars.
- Develop strategy to integrate RV setting into new model launch process to ensure maximum effectiveness of launch RV’s and offers. Working closely with the regions and their Financial Services counterparts to develop and implement.
- Develop market reporting to ensure RRMC offers remain competitive in the global marketplace, identifying opportunities and risks and the actions to either capitalise or mitigate as appropriate.
- Support regions to develop enticing Retail Financing offers for clients.
Management of fleet operations UK/EU
- Define and negotiate global fleet volume budget annually and enforce adherence
- Deliver performance reporting based around utilisation, operating costs and RV achieved. Maximise cost effectiveness through specification, number in operation and repair strategies.
- Lead the team who are responsible for fleet management within the UK/EU (bookings onboarding, repairs and sales)
- Disposal of pre-series show and demonstration cars, including management of the upgrade and refurbishment.
What should you bring along?
- A high level of energy and a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Highly analytical, able to translate numbers in to concrete actions.
- Regional experience or having worked previously in a global role is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of the pre-owned market for automotive and luxury goods.
- Experience in identifying and driving Financial Services product offers and policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capability, not only of your team but cross-functionally and across our 5 sales regions.
- A strong sense of curiosity, with wide vision to spot opportunities and risks - developing strategies to capture or counter as appropriate.
- Confident with managing upward into the organisation, with senior managers in the GM community and on the Board cross-functionally.
