Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Level 6 Chartered Manager - 4 Year Apprenticeship Global Sales Operations

We are looking for a confident and eager to learn apprentice to join our Global Sales Operations Team, based at the home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood UK, directly supporting the delivery of the Company’s sales and profit objectives.

The role will specifically sit in our Sales Planning and Reporting team, where the tasks are focussed on the end- to-end process for sales globally within Rolls-Royce.

This starts with setting the plan across the global sales organisation and production teams and ends with reporting on progress. Delivering insights to key management stakeholders to insure accurate and fast information flow, and well-rounded decision making across the business. The Sales Operations department sits at the very heart of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars operation, and will allow the apprentice the opportunity to interact not only within the department but cross functionally with Manufacturing, Marketing and Communications as well as each of our five regional offices strategically placed in America, Dubai, Singapore and Beijing. 

The Sales Operations apprenticeship gives a unique insight into how the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars company is run and delivers first class service and products to the most discerning client base in the World. 

1 day a week release to Chichester University.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 A levels at Grade C or above/ a BTEC Level 3/Apprenticeship Level 3

During this time, you will work towards the following qualifications: Health and Safety, Preparing to Learn, Reflective Practice, and Electrical Vehicle Awareness.

The successful applicants from the above will be invited to the final stage of this process, a face-to-face Assessment Centre. Provisionally, the Assessment Centre us due to take place week commencing 30th March 2026. (this is subject to change)
