Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Operations team provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network to maximise customer satisfaction.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Bespoke Sales and Marketing - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
Part of the team responsible for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Bespoke Sales and Marketing globally, supporting opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, brand value and profit through all available sales and communication channels, as well as playing a key role in defining the product offerings and their route to market.
What awaits you?
- Support Bespoke Marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales performance.
- Work with external agencies and photographers on creating sales support collateral that explains the Bespoke offering to Dealers and Customers
- Analyse performance data to drive business improvement.
- Act as key contact point for Regions and Dealers, especially in relation the distribution of Bespoke assets and samples to regional events.
- Represent Bespoke department at key events and promote awareness of Bespoke.
- Collate competitor activity around Bespoke and distribute internally.
- Provide operational support for the sales team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Study towards Business Management related degree preferred.
- Individual must be a self-starter, learn quickly, have great attention to detail and drive to succeed in a challenging environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.

What do you need to do now?

Eligibility:
- Returning to studies for at least 6 months after the placement.
