BMW UK - Compliance Internship (12 month placement)

We’re seeking a Compliance intern to join us in July 2025 for a 12-month contract, where you would be part of our team from day one, encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table and given the opportunity to really show what you can do.
The role
The Compliance department covers most entities of the BMW Group in the UK and Ireland, including the National Sales Company in Farnborough, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood and production plants in Oxford, Swindon and Hams Hall.
As a Compliance intern, you will support our compliance managers in the implementation and assurance of;
- Communicating and conducting compliance trainings.
- Conducting awareness campaigns and communication activities.
- Advising employees on processes.
- Drafting internal and external reports.
Whilst this role is advertised as being based in Farnborough, the location is flexible and could also be in Oxford or Goodwood to suit the candidate.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for undergraduate or post graduate candidates who have achieved a degree in the last year in or are currently studying a Compliance-related subject (e.g. Law, Governance or Economics) and are keen to apply their academic learning in a global business.

- High level of PC skills, including MS Powerpoint, MS word and MS Excel

What do you need to do now?

- Following completion of the telephone interview, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to an interview with BMW Group. Provisionally, these are set to take place week commencing 7th July 2025.
