 As a Work and Time Measurement Specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. 

What awaits you?

• Work environment – it is a location for mostly manual assembly processes, where hundreds of our colleagues work during each shift to ensure that every single component is installed correctly. The work environment is partly office-based, but predominantly located on the production line, allowing for direct interaction with the manufacturing processes.
• Team – You closely collaborate with the production process specialist, quality, maintenance, logistics, as well as the production area leader, team leaders, technicians, line workers in the assembly plant to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure product quality.
• Time analysis - You analyze and assess production processes from a time planning perspective.
• Process improvement - You develop improvement proposals for assembly processes based on time measurement analyses. You analyze and evaluate factors that influence time variables within and outside the production flow.
• Ergonomics focus –  You review processes from an ergonomics perspective and provide actionable recommendations
• Performance monitoring –You monitor and evaluate monthly performance results.

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background -You hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or you bring equivalent professional experience.
• Work Experience - You bring at least 3 years of experience in time measurement, production management, or production planning, which is an advantage.
• Work Schedule - You are willing to work on-site during regular business hours. Remote work may be considered based on alignment with your line manager.
• Team and mindset – You demonstrate strong team spirit with a win-win oriented approach.
• Flexibility and initiative – high motivation, responsibility and a proactive, independent working style.
• Language skills - You communicate fluently in English and Hungarian, both spoken and written; you bring German language skills as an advantage.
