What awaits you? 
 

• Work environment - you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria. 

• Team – as a member of our Logistics team you’ll be working in a multicultural environtment together with 15-20 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points. 

• Communication – you are in continuous interaction with Logistics Provider to ensure smooth process adherence.  

• Process Management – you ensure procedures and documentation for daily operations, do Gemba activities to ensure quality of work and safety requirements and generate basic data for continuous improvement activities. 

• Problem solving - you identify, troubleshoot, conduct methodical root cause analysis and solve upcoming problems. 

• Documentation and reporting – you report and monitor service provider and service on the daily operation. Update KPIs & measurements. 

 
 
What should you bring along? 

• Educational background - you have completed studies in logistics or a university degree in other, relevant field.  

• Work experience - you have experience in logistics and aspire to continue your professional growth in this area.

• Work schedule - you are willing to work in multiple shifts. 

• Language skills - you speak both Hungarian and English fluently. 

• Software proficiency - you are proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office tools, and you have a data-driven mindset. 

• Communication and teamwork - you have strong communication skills, work well in a team, and are open to continuous self-development.
