What awaits you?

  • Work Environment – you coordinate your team within a high-standard cleanliness testing and measurement laboratory.
  • Team – as the leader of an 8-member team, you will support your colleagues in carrying out laboratory, cleanliness testing, and logistics-related tasks.
  • Leadership and Inspiration – you oversee the training and mentoring of your team members, fostering their professional growth and actively initiating development projects in collaboration with your team.
  • Process Coordination – you are responsible for capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient and continuous production operations.
  • Supervision of Technical Cleanliness Requirements – together with the laboratory team, you will be accountable for implementing internal and external requirements related to technical cleanliness standards, as well as defining production processes that comply with these standards. Using statistical and laboratory analyses, you will monitor and verify production processes with regard to technical cleanliness compliance.
  • Control of Measurement Processes – taking part in the development and optimization of measurement-related processes and coordinate geometric measurement activities to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Collaboration in Logistics Tasks – you handle the professional documentation of energy modules received in the laboratory and, when required, manage the associated administrative and procedural actions.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Educational background – you have at least a secondary school qualification, technician-level certificate or university degree is preferred within a technical field.
  • Work Experience – you have at least 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or professional coordinator role. Experience in the automotive or metal industry is preferred.
  • Work Schedule – you are willing to work in a long-term, three-shift system.
  • Leadership Skills – being confident and responsible in planning shift schedules, ensuring availability, and in the training and development of team members.
  • Laboratory knowledge – you have knowledge of measuring equipment (hand measuring tools, microscope). Knowledge of 3D measuring machines, knowledge of cleanliness tests, and knowledge of logistics processes is an advantage.
  • Quality Control – you are familiar with process and quality optimization tools.
  • Logistics skills - you have a basic knowledge of logistics processes OR you are open for further development in this field.
