Your primary focus will be on payroll, post payroll as well as supporting in contact center, employee data management and time management. Furthermore one of the main accountabilities will be actively participating and driving in HR services projects. 

 

What awaits you?

  • You are responsible for the input of all Payroll and Benefits transactions into the monthly Payroll cycle.
  • Validating payroll output ensuring all tasks completed accurately and on time. Rectify any issues before Payroll sign off.
  • Ensures compliance with tax and social security as well as BMW guidelines.
  • Applicating policies, processes and statutory regulations relating to inpats/expats and short term business visitors. Maintains the relationship to Global Assignments.
  • You are responsible for administration and validation of OFK Payroll. Manages employee queries and escalations via nominated mailboxes.
  • Ensuring the Payroll system is up to date and all required changes have been requested and tested
  • Supporting on benefits related topics i.e. Cafeteria, Office glasses, P and C bonus, Group insurance, Relocation allowance, Sign-on bonus, Management Company Car program, Commuting allowance, Wedding car, Employee Referral Program, etc. You are responsible for Time Management topics including queries and testing of work schedules.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor degree at relevant studies.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Attention to details, precision oriented. Strong Excel skills                                                                                               
  • Minimum of 2 years Payroll Experience especially with taxation. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of SAP HR (Payroll).
  • Experience of working both cross-function and/or internationally.
  • Ability to work independently and able to adopt a proactive approach.
  • Membership of Professional Institution (e.g. CIPP) is desirable.
  • Fluent English anf Hungarian language knowledge is a must.
