As a Logistics Specialist, you are responsible for oversee the daily Operations status in the Logistics area: incoming and shipping goods, empties, line supply and warehouse processes. Furthermore, you are responsible for identifying, troubleshooting and creating root cause analysis of problems. You will be the first contact to Production for Physical Logistics escalation.

What awaits you?

· Ensure procedures and documentation for daily operations.

· Identify, troubleshoot, conduct methodical root cause analysis and solve upcoming problems.

· Specify, plan, analyze and execute purchasing activities for equipment's and tools.

· Generate basic data for continuous improvement activities.

· Report and monitor service provider and service on the daily operation.

· Continuous interaction with Logistics Provider to ensure smooth process adherence.

· Gemba activities to ensure quality of work and safety requirements.

· Update KPIs & measurements.

· Report and escalate issues.

What should you bring along?

· Bachelor’s or Technical degree in business administration or in other related field OR equivalent professional experience.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience within logistics in a similar position.

· Microsoft Office Software skills.

· Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and good communication skills.

· Willingness to travel within BMW network.

· Willingness to work in shifts if needed.

· English and Hungarian language knowledge both written and spoken.
