What awaits you?
- Applies HR concepts for their respective field of responsibility in line with HR/Business strategy. Communicates relevant HR topics within supported organizations.
- Consults, supports and coaches disciplinary leaders in difficult, newly upcoming leadership situations.
- Ensures compliance with local / internal regulations regarding leadership experience related topics.
- Executes relevant HR topics / processes in area of responsibilities.
- Performs presentations, training materials, reports for high management levels. Process optimalization in regards of HR digitalization and data management.
- Provides information and analysis results for Head of HR Leadership Partner.
- Responsible as Leadership Partner for communication, consultancy, advising and enabling of disciplinary leaders of the Plant Debrecen in all strategic and operational HR topics along the employee journey as well as for execution of agreed HR measures.
- Steers and executes periodical HR processes regarding leadership experience. Supports Leaders in all HR topics. Supports periodical HR processes regarding leadership experience. Supports the cooperation with works council / employee representatives. Supports the development of Leadership skills.
- Performance of the relevant job professionally and punctually based on the legislation, according to the instruction of the line manager and employer. Follows all safety requirements.
What should you bring along?
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Business Partner field in automotive or manufacture industries.
- University Bachelor degree in Economics, Technology or HR with economical mindset.
- Confident with analytics and numbers.
- Project and result-oriented way of working.
- English and Hungarian business fluent both spoken and written.
